At 15:01 hours Station 48 was alerted for a cut barley field that was on fire. A few minutes later Command 48 arrived and requested 2 additional brush pieces. Additional brush units and tankers were also later requested. Fire placed under control at 15:54 hours. Units on scene: CMD-48, 48-0, 48-2, 48-3, 48-5, 48-9, A-48, BR-40, 41-0, 41-3, 41-5, 49-2, 49-3, 49-5, 50-0, 50-3, 52-0, 52-3, 55-0, 55-5, T-55. Caroline County Engine 603 stood by at Station 48.
