Emergency medical transportation can be costly, and insurance plans may not always cover the full expense. Ambulance Club membership helps protect you from additional out-of-pocket costs by covering eligible ambulance charges provided by Felton Community Fire Company.

About Our Emergency Medical Services

Felton Community Fire Company proudly provides Basic Life Support (BLS) emergency medical services throughout our 69-square-mile response district.

Our dedicated team of trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) provides coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring our community receives the right care at the right time.

Felton Community Fire Company EMS utilizes advanced equipment, including LUCAS CPR assist devices on both ambulances, to improve efficiency and enhance patient care during cardiac emergencies.

Our career staff EMTs complete extensive annual training and participate in state EMS pilot programs to help ensure our care remains current with advances in emergency medical technology and patient treatment.

What Your Membership Covers

Your Ambulance Club subscription membership covers Felton Community Fire Company ambulance charges that are not covered by insurance, including:

• Insurance deductibles

• Insurance copays

• Remaining eligible ambulance charges

A contribution of $100 or more provides the greatest benefit and ensures you will have no out-of-pocket expenses for covered ambulance services provided by Felton Community Fire Company.

Any contribution is appreciated and helps support emergency services in our community.

Important Membership Information

Ambulance Club membership is valid only when transportation is provided by Felton Community Fire Company.

If you are outside our response district and another agency responds or provides transportation, you will be responsible for any charges from that agency.

If you are transported by Felton Community Fire Company, you will be taken to the nearest appropriate hospital.

Subscription Membership Period:
July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
