DSF Parade - Harrington, DE

Each day as part of the daily happenings there is an evening parade at 7:00 pm. It starts in front of the ice arena and winds its way through the various streets, buildings, vendors and exhibits then finishes up back at the ice arena. Each parade may feature something different or may honor a particular subject, day or participant. The marching band from Citizens Hose Company #1 in Smyrna is usually the featured unit to lead the parade and set the marching beat. They are followed by other units such as the Delaware National Guard Marching Band, floats for 4-H and other various youth groups, and many antique tractors.
