Chimney Fire - 3506 Henry Cowgill Rd.

Around 2116 hours Felton Fire Company was alerted for a chimney fire. Approximately 10 minutes later Engine 48-2 under the direction of Assistant Chief Ney arrived on scene to find fire blowing out of the chimney. Station 41 also was alerted to replace a rescue that we had out of service. 48, and 41 units quickly extinguished the fire and cleared the chimney. Units on scene: E48-2, E48-3, T48-5, CMD48-8, A-48, R41-6, and Fire Police.
