Hunter's Night Out - Station 48

The fourth annual Hunter’s Night Out was held at the Felton Community Fire House on October 26, 2012, with a sold out crowd attending. Everyone enjoyed the crab soup, pulled pork and fried oyster sandwiches and all the other fixings’. Again, the deer track ice cream was wonderful, and it went fast! There were twelve happy winners when their number was drawn for a gun. One lucky guest won $890 from the 50/50 raffle. Many guests won great prizes from the Hunter’s Luck Table. The winner of the door prize was very excited about winning the cricket gun. The mystery gun was a hit with many of the hunters. When the mystery key opened the lock they found Remington 1187, 12 gauge. The 150 bags which made up combo package went fast and netted lots of great wins for many people. We promise that the combo package will be back next year! The evening was a huge success and enjoyed by all who attended. The officers and members of the Felton Community Fire Company would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who worked the event, who sponsored the event, who donated hunter’s luck items or auction items, who bought raffle tickets, and especially to each and everyone who attended and made the event a wonderful evening full of fun with friends.
