MVC With Entrapment - 400 Block of Firetower

On April 10, 2009 at 2349 hours, Kent County E.O.C alerted Station 48, Kent Medics 8 & 5, along with DSP Aviation to the 400 block of Firetower Road for an MVC with Entrapment. A/C Ney responded and arrived on location to confirm entrapment of one patient. A-48 arrived on scene and began patient care inside the vehicle. The crew from Rescue Engine 48- stabilized the vehicle and removed the roof. One patient was flown to CER via Trooper 2 and one Trauma Alert patient to KGH in Dover.
